Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax to lead strategic tax
planning and compliance functions for renewable energy
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead tax strategy development and implementation across various
portfolios
Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns and manage tax
provisions
Build and lead a high-performing tax team while collaborating with
cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA
required
Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree (JD/LLM) preferred
Minimum 10+ years of progressive tax experience with renewable
energy exposure
Deep understanding of renewable energy tax incentives and project
finance structures
Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex
projects
