Affordable Housing Associates that are interested in joining a

years of transactional experience, preferably in real estate,
corporate or tax credit finance Assist in the structuring,
negotiation, and closing of NMTC transactions Experience with NMTC,
LIHTC, HTC or other community development incentives is a plus
Draft and review transaction documents, including tax credit equity
documents, loan documents, and organizational documents such as
operating agreements, bylaws and resolutions Coordinate due
diligence, signature pages and post-closing compliance Excellent
writing, analytical, and organizational skills Benefits:
