Medical Administrative Assistant -

Job Description:

Looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant who will work closely with Department Managers. This is a dynamic workplace, and the right candidate will provide important support to a management team as well as presenting a professional face for the company.


The position requires the following experience:


1. Working in a hospital setting


2. Great communication skills - strong verbal and writing skills and a Can-do attitude


3. Self-organized and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.


4. Screening calls directed to the partner and resolving issues that require immediate attention.


5. Ability to handle a variety of new daily projects as assigned with limited oversight for handling the projects on a timely basis


6. Medical Terminology is a must have
