Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage customer journeys aligned with
product goals and campaign strategies
Collaborate with global stakeholders for campaign planning and risk
management
Monitor campaign performance and address technical or execution
issues
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing focusing on user
acquisition and engagement
Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms like
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven
decision-making; SQL proficiency is a plus
Self-starter with a creative and solution-oriented approach
Strong team player with an understanding of cross-functional
marketing and product initiatives
