A company is looking for a Manager, Creative Operations to
streamline creative processes and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project intake and resourcing while ensuring alignment on
deliverables across teams
Guide and develop a talented team of operations and production
professionals in a collaborative environment
Define and track key success metrics to inform data-driven
strategies for improving workflows
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or
project management within an internal agency or brand studio
2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing
direct reports
Strong understanding of resourcing models and creative
workflows
Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts
Hands-on knowledge of project management tools and creative
collaboration platforms
