We're seeking a proactive and creative Integrated Marketing Specialist to help bring our paid media and influencer campaigns to life across digital and retail channels to drive meaningful engagement with our target audience. If you're a detail-oriented marketer with a knack for collaboration and execution, this is your opportunity to make an impact at a fast-paced, mission-driven company. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams-including our digital agency, legal, creative, sales, and other marketing team members-to align efforts and maximize campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns : Help launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and partner channels, ensuring all touchpoints align with brand messaging and goals
  • Manage Marketing Assets : Oversee the creation, delivery, and accuracy of marketing content, from paid social, OOH, radio, digital, to influencer assets
  • Analyze Performance : Track key campaign metrics and extract insights to improve future marketing efforts and ROI
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with digital agencies, sales, creative, legal, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on-brand
  • Support Budgets and Timelines : Help monitor budgets and keep projects on track from kickoff to launch
  • Contribute to Strategy : Research industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to help inform planning and identify new opportunities
  • Develop Creative Briefs : Assist in drafting creative briefs that clearly communicate objectives, audience, and deliverables to guide internal and external teams
  • Engage with Partners : Attend vendor meetings and channel launches to support decision-making and execution
    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:
    • 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital, brand, or integrated campaign roles

      Skills and Qualifications:
      • Hands-on experience managing or supporting paid, owned, and earned marketing channels
      • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with campaign reporting and optimization
        Comfortable working in platforms to pull performance data and make campaign adjustments
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
      • A self-starter mentality with a desire to grow and learn in a fast-moving environment

        Salary Ranges

        Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,500.00/Year

        The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

        Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
