Job Description:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and
execution of construction projects for banks and commercial
offices, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to
client specifications. Working with a general contractor, they
manage subcontractors, schedules, and compliance while maintaining
strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

delivering high-quality results through detailed planning,
efficient execution, and strong client collaboration. The team
brings deep industry experience and a hands-on approach to managing
every phase of construction, from pre-construction to project
closeout. Description Leading the full project lifecycle, from
pre-construction through to completion, ensuring timelines,
budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinating with clients,
architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain
clear communication and efficient workflow. Preparing and managing
project schedules, budgets, and documentation, while identifying
and mitigating potential risks. Overseeing site progress, ensuring
safety compliance, and resolving any issues or delays that arise
during construction. Managing change orders, procurement, and
reporting to ensure transparency and client satisfaction throughout
the project. Profile The ideal candidate is an experienced
construction professional with a strong background in managing
commercial projects, particularly banks and office spaces. They are
highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading multiple
stakeholders while effectively managing timelines, budgets, and
on-site operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and
adapt to changing project demands. A proven track record in
construction project management, proficiency in project management
software, and knowledge of local building codes and safety
