Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Implementations &
Integrations Director with managed care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the operational implementation and integration
of new markets, products, and acquisitions
Collaborate with internal departments to manage project timelines,
interdependencies, and deliverables
Track and drive execution of critical milestones across multiple
concurrent initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, Operations, or related field is required; Master's
Degree is preferred
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in health insurance
operations, program management, or enterprise implementations
Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in a health
insurance or health tech environment
Experience supporting or leading implementation and integration of
new markets and acquired entities
