Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Credit Manager to lead its
Credit and Collections Department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Credit & Collections Department to ensure timely and
efficient collections across all regions
Develop and implement Collections policies and procedures to
improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debt
Monitor key metrics, provide reporting, and address risks or
bottlenecks in the collections process
Required Qualifications
Experience leading a Credit and Collections team in a global
organization
Proven ability to drive process improvements in credit control and
cash collections
Strong understanding of financial regulations and effective credit
risk management
Ability to foster a high-performing and collaborative team
culture
Experience in system improvements and automation initiatives
related to Accounts Receivable
