Required Qualifications
7+ years of digital advertising experience with 3+ years in a
leadership role managing paid media teams
Deep expertise across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and emerging
advertising platforms
Proven track record scaling advertising programs that drive
measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of lead generation economics and conversion
funnel optimization
Advanced knowledge of advertising automation, bid management tools,
and campaign optimization techniques
