Key Responsibilities
Lead competitive and market intelligence by analyzing competitors,
market trends, and emerging technologies
Drive strategic enablement by designing and delivering sales tools
and resources
Create scalable intelligence systems to enhance decision-making
across the business
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product
marketing, or strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS, CCaaS, or AI
sectors
Proven ability to scale competitive and market intelligence
programs that influence strategy
Deep understanding of buyer behavior and complex enterprise sales
cycles
Experience in turning data into actionable insights
Familiarity with tools like Gong, Tableau, or Salesforce
