Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Commercial & Growth team to drive the
consulting and industry relationship strategy
Educate consultants on the company's capabilities and maintain
updated consultant databases for lead generation
Develop growth plans to penetrate the market and enhance
relationships with consulting and brokerage offices
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience with benefit and HR consultants and
enterprise clients
Established relationships with leading benefits and HR consulting
firms across various industries
Proven success in driving sales through understanding enterprise
client perspectives
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a
fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals in a
dynamic business setting
