Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager for Northern
Minnesota and Northern Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the healthcare Field Service business to meet customer
service expectations and financial metrics
Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction while ensuring
compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices
Hire, develop, train, and coach Customer Service Engineers to
achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of
education and experience
8+ years of successful experience in a directly related field
Professional level knowledge of analytical databases and complex
Excel workbooks
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the last
three years
Experience managing large, remote, employee-based territories is
preferred
