Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract
Management - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+
international jurisdictions
Manage modifications to Employment Agreements and related documents
for internal and external employees
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
compliance in employee lifecycle activities
Required Qualifications
Experience in HR roles such as HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR
Business Partner
Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events with legal
compliance
Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are
a plus
Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously on various
tools
Experience in a remote setting or hyper-growth start-up culture is
a plus
