Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Marketing Campaigns Manager
to lead and execute growth and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies to drive
awareness, consideration, enrollment, and retention
Own and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives across various
channels leveraging segmentation, automation, and
personalization
Use data and analytics to inform campaign planning, track
performance, and create monthly reports with recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably
in a B2C or DTC ecommerce environment
Proven success in growth and lifecycle marketing with experience in
multi-channel campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web
analytics tools
