Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Home Lending to lead and
scale its mortgage lending operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and optimization of the Loan Origination
System (LOS) for compliant loan origination
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable
system workflows and ensure integration with technology
platforms
Oversee compliance with regulations, manage a team, and implement
training programs for the home lending unit
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of retail mortgage lending experience
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo
guidelines
Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
Proven expertise in system configuration with Loan Origination
Systems (LOS)
