Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Grant Manager - Housing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project and task management activities, including developing
project work plans
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of housing
recovery program management functions
Provide expert level federal regulatory and policy guidance to
clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree and five years of experience with
single family housing programs using CDBG funding
Expert knowledge of federal grant program regulations
Strong analytical skills for data retrieval and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Ability to work remotely and travel to client sites as needed
