Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 6 direct and 4 indirect reports,
fostering a collaborative culture
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of
funds
Oversee all marketing efforts for Ventures Endurance, making
data-driven decisions based on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the
endurance sports or events industry
Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams
Strong budget management and strategic planning skills
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
