A company is looking for a Manager of Rebates and
Interconnection.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP
enrollment
Manage team performance and vendor relationships, including
negotiating contracts
Streamline processes for rebates and interconnection to improve
efficiency and cycle times
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or
related field with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in
solar system design and engineering
Demonstrated solar sales skills and results
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Experience in team development and people management
Entrepreneurial mindset with a process-driven approach to
problem-solving
