Reports To:Chief Operating OfficerAbout the RoleAs theSenior Director of Studio Performance and Operations, you will be at the forefront of Kalologie's growth strategy-developing and implementing scalable, standardized systems to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all medspa studios.This role will take immediate ownership of:

• Building and executing a comprehensiveOperations Manual
• Implementingperformance benchmarksand best practices
• Driving significantmembership growth
• Ensuring all studios are aligned, empowered, and operating at peak performanceKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and manageP&L education and accountabilityacross all studios
  • Develop and roll outstandard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Integratedata analytics toolsto support performance insights and decisions
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance performance and consistency
  • Collaborate onstrategic marketing initiativesto drive studio growth
  • Maintain alignment between corporate and studio-level goals and executionIdeal Candidate Profile
    • Proven experience leading multi-unit operations in wellness, medical spa or hospitality
    • Strong background in operational systems, team development, and data integration
    • Track record of successfully scaling growth and driving measurable performance improvements
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Los Angeles Area
