Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12
occupational therapy position is available in Hemet, CA, providing
services across multiple school sites on a short-term leave
contract. This role offers the opportunity to support a diverse
student population from transitional kindergarten through 12th
grade within a dynamic educational setting. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with Individualized
Education Program (IEP) goals to students across several schools.
Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to
enhance student participation and functional skills. Conduct
assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual
student needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of
student support strategies. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Occupational Therapist credentials with experience in school-based
settings preferred. Strong understanding of pediatric occupational
therapy assessments and interventions. Ability to work effectively
within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills to
engage with students, parents, and school personnel. Flexibility to
provide onsite services across multiple school locations. Location:
Hemet, California (onsite at multiple school sites) Duration and
Schedule: Short-term contract covering an approximate 8-week leave.
