Doctor of Medicine | Neonatal Location: Long Beach, CA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview This role involves in-house Neonatologist coverage across day, night, and 24-hour shifts. Multiple shift options available for both weekdays and weekends, offering flexibility and continuity. Shift Options Include: Weekdays: 8am–4pm (Day) 3pm–9am (Night) 24-hour combined coverage Weekends: Fri 3pm–Sat 9am Sat 9am–Sun 9am Sun 9am–Mon 9am Clinical Environment Average daily census: ~14 babies Coverage model: Solo in-house Neonatologist No ECMO management required Procedures: Confirming requirements; moderate sedation exam available if interested Level IV NICU experience required ? Submission Requirements To be considered, candidates must provide the following at the time of name clear : Board Certified in Neonatology Active CA Medical License Recent neonatal caseload/experience within the last 12 months Prior experience in a Level IV NICU Completed Prescreen Questionnaire (required form) CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
