Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Palmdale, CA,
providing essential support to students from transitional
kindergarten through 6th grade. This contract position offers a
structured schedule of 40 hours per week, including a 30-minute
lunch break, with a caseload of approximately 55 students. The role
focuses on delivering quality occupational therapy services within
the school setting, contributing meaningfully to student
development and success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized occupational therapy interventions to students aged
TK through 6th grade Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Conduct assessments to determine students needs and monitor
progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance
with regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and
contribute to creating supportive educational environments Desired
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based therapy Knowledge of pediatric OT interventions and
developmental milestones Ability to manage a caseload effectively
and organize workload Strong communication and interpersonal skills
for collaboration with school staff and families Familiarity with
documentation standards and therapeutic approaches related to
school-aged children Location: Palmdale, Californiawork within a
