Pharmacist Location: Los Angeles, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $4,399 to $4,499 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to support hematology/oncology infusion services in an inpatient/acute care setting. This role focuses on clinical dosing, oncology infusion therapies, and medication management for complex patient populations. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical oncology pharmacy services including dosing and therapeutic monitoring Manage chemotherapy and infusion-related medications Conduct pharmacokinetic dosing and medication adjustments Prepare and compound IV medications , including IV piggyback and IV push Monitor patient response and optimize medication therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and order verification Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols Work Environment Specialty: Hematology/Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Setting: Inpatient / Acute Care No on-call requirements No floating to sister facilities Weekend coverage based on clinic needs Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Recent Oncology Clinical Infusion experience (required) PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) – required Active California Pharmacist License (RPh) Experience with Epic EMR Preferred Qualifications BLS certification Experience with Baxter medication systems Strong background in inpatient or acute care oncology settings Benefits Competitive pay up to $4499 weekly gross Local traveler are accpeted Quick offer Bonus opportunities
