Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Pomona, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,949 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/14/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Pomona, California, 91767! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgery/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid state license required at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Must have experience in telemetry and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown settings - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage dysrhythmias - Experience in the care of ventilated patients - ICU experience is required Description: The position requires the nurse to float within the scope to meet facility needs. The nurse may float to other ICU/telemetry units as well as medical/surgical units as needed. Weekend coverage is required based on department needs. The candidate must work at least one holiday during the assignment. These travelers will primarily be assigned to a telemetry unit. They must be willing and able to float to all telemetry and DOU units as well as ICU and observation care as needed. Special procedures and unit details will include support from physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams. Candidates will need to be available to work weekends according to department requirements. They should also be prepared for potential assignments in the cath lab, under conditions that do not assign them patients outside their scope of practice. Three missed shifts may result in cancellation of the assignment.
