The ideal candidate must have extensive Emergency Department experience. Strong knowledge of InterQual criteria is essential. The position involves managing high volumes of patients daily. Candidates must possess a CPI Blue Card in hand prior to applying. Previous experience in charge roles is also required. All required certifications must be current and provided during the application process. Experience in utilizing a charting system is necessary. The role may necessitate floating to areas in need of coverage. Flexibility for shifts and the ability to work weekends are essential.
