A company is looking for a Team Lead, Payroll Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists to ensure timely and
accurate payroll processing
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment
of employee data and payroll-related transactions
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in managing payroll functions across
multiple entities and countries
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
Experience in team management and process improvement
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
