A company is looking for a Head of MGA/Insurance Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute technology strategy to support business
goals
Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee technology
organization
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with industry
regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer
Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership within the
insurance industry or similar sector
Strong experience in digital transformation and IT governance
In-depth knowledge of insurance technology solutions, including
policy management and claims systems
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
