Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Technology Lead to join
their Global Learning & Organizational Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement the technical strategy for learning
technologies and manage the integration of new platforms
Supervise the administration and maintenance of the Learning
Management System (LMS) and ensure data integrity and
performance
Provide technical support and training for instructional designers
and content developers on learning technology tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
Educational Technology
5+ years of experience in learning technology administration,
development, and support
Deep technical expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate
Storyline or Adobe Captivate
