Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on Agile
principles
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and
ensure clarity on user stories
Monitor team performance metrics and foster communication and
collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile
environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and
Kanban
Proficient in using Azure DevOps for agile project management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is
preferred
