Job Description:
A company is looking for a Test Developer 1 ELA/SS to create and
review educational assessment items.
Key Responsibilities
Write effective items based on state item specifications for
various projects
Participate in item review and validation meetings, supporting the
grade level lead
Conduct preliminary and content reviews independently and may begin
client communication with supervision
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with 3-6 years of
experience, or a Master's degree with 1-4 years of experience
Minimum of 4 years teaching English or developing content in an
Educational Assessment environment
Proven knowledge and experience with the U.S. Education and
Education Assessment
Experience in item writing and review processes
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
