This role is critical to the next stage of our growth. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, founders, and candidates to build an elite team capable of redefining the future of live digital interaction.You'll be more than just a recruiter-you'll be a builder. You'll help define the company by who you bring in the door, and help shape a team that reflects excellence, curiosity, and ownership at every level.Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure, mobile, design, product).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role needs, team fit, and long-term hiring strategy.
  • Source candidates through direct outreach, communities, events, referrals, and unconventional paths-you're not waiting for inbound.
  • Craft outreach and employer branding that reflects Favorited's tone, ambition, and urgency.
  • Run a tight recruiting operation-manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and close candidates, fast.
  • Implement scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria from scratch.
  • Drive a structured hiring process that balances speed with signal.
  • Help foster an inclusive team by building diverse candidate pipelines and equitable evaluation systems.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership on org design, role scoping, and compensation strategy.

      What We're Looking For
      • 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles at fast-growing startups or leading agencies.
      • A strong track record of closing hard-to-fill roles and building exceptional teams.
      • Deep understanding of the hiring landscape for engineering, product, and design roles.
      • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently-from first outreach to final offer.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to craft a pitch, and you know when to shut up and listen.
      • A bias for action, and a comfort with ambiguity.
      • A genuine love of connecting with people and a nose for talent.
        Nice to Have:
        • Experience hiring in infrastructure, livestreaming, or real-time media spaces.
        • Familiarity with modern ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
        • Experience hiring across technical and creative roles.
