Job Description:
A company is looking for an Attorney for a short-term
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Draft standard and complex wills, trusts, and estates
Provide legal expertise in the area of wills, trusts, and
estates
Work remotely for up to 25 hours total
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in handling wills, trusts, and estates
Must be licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Nebraska,
Oklahoma, or Oregon
Experience in drafting legal documents related to estate
planning
Ability to work on a contract basis
Familiarity with digital legal platforms is a plus
