Details Advises clients on legal risks, obligations, and potential
outcomes throughout litigation. Develops case strategies and
arguments based on thorough evaluation of legal findings. Drafts
and analyzes legal documents, offering guidance aligned with the
relevant practice area. Participates in mediations and hearings,
ensuring timely and prepared representation. Resolves client
concerns related to case progress and hearing outcomes. Applies
consistent standards and best practices in managing client matters.
Prepares and responds to discovery requests in accordance with
procedural timelines. Builds and maintains strong client
relationships, including outreach to prospective clients. Tracks
and meets required billable hours and receivables targets. Takes on
