Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Chinese)
- WFH.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for Mandarin-speaking
patients via various communication channels
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately
and efficiently
Verify patient insurance information and assist with
pre-authorization processes as needed
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
is essential
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a
healthcare setting
Proficiency in using computers and navigating software
applications
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home
workspace
