Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer, prospect, and partner needs quickly and
effectively via chat and email
Develop and maintain expert-level understanding of the product and
e-commerce marketing
Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams while
ensuring customer issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar customer
success role
Ability to work in East Coast hours
Demonstrated understanding of technical products and support
processes
SaaS experience, ideally in a startup or hypergrowth company
Experience with helpdesk software and remote support tools
