Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor to provide
essential support to students throughout their educational
journey.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with new student enrollment by providing information on
programs, costs, and funding options
Monitor student accounts and evaluate academic and financial awards
to promote positive outcomes
Identify and address potential academic and financial obstacles by
analyzing student data
Required Qualifications
Some college coursework required
Minimum of 1-year of customer service or advising experience in an
educational setting
Eligibility to access the NSLDS system and not in default of Title
IV Federal aid
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database software
systems
Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment with
required internet connectivity
