Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Lead
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee insurance follow-up and collections, managing complex
accounts and resolving aged inventory
Provide coaching and training to staff, including new hires, and
assist with special projects
Participate in meetings and training to enhance job knowledge and
communicate issues to management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education
3-6 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related
collections
Advanced knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and
terminology
Familiarity with UB-04, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PC and MS
