Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I,
responsible for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage
loan borrowers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Single Point of Contact for borrowers in the loss
mitigation process, including calls to delinquent mortgage loan
borrowers
Document borrower interactions and provide information on loss
mitigation options and foreclosure processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain internal
control standards throughout the process
Required Qualifications
A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the
phone
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of loss mitigation processes and required
documentation
