A company is looking for a Customer Success Product Associate
for the US Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain deep product knowledge in designated product
lines
Consult with Customer Success Managers on product functionality and
best practices
Conduct data analysis and create resources to support Customer
Success teams and customers
Required Qualifications
College degree (BS, BA, etc.)
Customer-facing background within the software industry
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn complex
technology systems
Ability to work North America hours remotely
Strong team mentality and capacity to manage tasks in a changing
environment
