providers and locations
Direct calls to appropriate areas for services not provided in
Patient Access Scheduling
Act as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating
the healthcare system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
