A company is looking for a Student Affairs Assessment & Success
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with student affairs offices to develop and implement
assessment plans focused on student learning outcomes
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student success to
derive actionable insights
Create narratives and reports that highlight successful initiatives
within student affairs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Experience in student affairs/student life strongly preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to foster collaboration with diverse groups
Detail-oriented and data-minded with a focus on holistic student
success
