Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor (Overnight
Shift) - Weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Be available for at least one on-call overnight shift per week
Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking
behavioral health treatment after hours
Conduct initial phone assessments and document interactions in
Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer
service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience
is preferred
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or
bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
A calm and caring demeanor when working with families in stressful
situations
