Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations
Representative who serves members through effective communication
and advocacy over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high service level standards and meet service metrics
Make quality decisions to meet member needs while managing risk
Proactively identify and address member friction points and
improvement ideas
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in
a contact center
Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and
Excel
Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred
Ability to operate a computer and occasionally lift up to 10
pounds
