Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist II to
assist with daily operations and support within the Quality
Improvement department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HEDIS project, including nurse assignment, timeline
adherence, and vendor oversight
Assist in data collection, entry, and report generation for Quality
Improvement initiatives
Analyze data and prepare reports for committee discussions and
conduct interdepartmental audits
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of data management experience in a health insurance
organization
Experience in report generation management or project
management
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Preferred experience in quality initiatives, including HEDIS
projects and NCQA standards
