Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist to
provide technical support to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, troubleshoot, and respond to Help Desk requests in a 24/7
environment
Set up and maintain hardware and software for various devices
Educate end-users on resolving hardware and software issues
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience in an IT field
6+ months experience with Microsoft Office products
Ability to obtain favorable adjudication for security clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen
