Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor (Pre-Authorization) to
oversee pre-authorization processes and manage team performance
remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks
Audit employee work for accuracy and provide coaching for
performance improvement
Train new hires and develop training resources while maintaining
compliance with policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or
higher preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required
Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorizations preferred
3+ years of leadership experience preferred
Experience with specialty testing preferred
