Job Description:
A company is looking for a H&B Placement Lead Associate -
Voluntary Benefits and Life & Disability (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the vendor/carrier bid, procurement, and negotiation process
for clients' benefits strategies
Collaborate with Client Service teams to prepare and present
placement results in meetings
Manage client relationships and expectations while conducting
quality reviews of placement work
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in
benefit consulting or insurance
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Voluntary Benefits and Life &
Disability programs
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on
time
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of
joining
Bachelor's degree in finance/math, risk management, human
resources, or business is preferred
