Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Claims & Litigation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations and evaluate coverage, liability, and
resolution strategies
Engage and collaborate with defense counsel in handling
lawsuits
Manage litigation expenses and ensure compliance with billing
guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of claims handling experience, or an
Associate degree with 8 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 10
years of experience required
Strong knowledge of tort/contract law and complex commercial claims
handling required
Litigation claim handling experience preferred
Preferred designations include AIC, CPCU, SCLA, or CIC
Valid driver's license and good driving record required
