Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Services/Regulatory &
Compliance Specialist (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and filing of new Commercial Lines products
and ensure compliance with applicable laws
Manage and maintain Commercial Lines Products, ensuring they meet
regulatory requirements
Analyze regulatory changes and provide technical advice for policy
issuance systems
Required Qualifications
Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of knowledge relating to the State Filings process for
both proprietary and bureau lines of business
Experience in property and casualty products, product management,
and regulatory compliance
Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products and policy
language
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
